  • 1. System function development iteration, involving framework/kernel and other levels of improvement and user experience improvement;

    2. Application architecture design;

    3. Performance analysis and system problem positioning and resolution;

    4. Complete module code writing, unit testing, and code maintenance work;

    5. Compile technical related documents, and be proficient in using iterative development methods for system development;

    6. Quickly learn and master relevant new technologies according to the needs of the project;

    7. Participate in technical key points and difficulties of the project

    Requirements

    1. With Bachelor’s degree in Computer-related majors or its equivalents;

    2. Minimum of 3 years work experience in Android Development;

    3. With experience in componentized architecture design;

    4. Understand at least 6 design patterns and read at least one excellent open source project;

    5. Skilled in developing custom controls and animations;

    6. Have development experience in security and performance (rendering speed, memory optimization, power consumption, etc.);

    7. Able to locate stuck and OOM problems;

    8. Familiar with NDK development, and have NDK development experience;

    9. Proficiency in using unit tests to ensure the quality of responsible modules;

    10. Have good coding habits, learning ability and English document reading ability;

    11. Familiar with OKHttp, Retrofit and RxJava

    BENEFITS

    1. 13th Month Pay

    • Given every 20th of December. Rate used is full monthly salary.

    2. 4 meals/day

    • Include free drinks, fruits, and snacks.

    3. Birthday Gift Money

    • 2,000 Pesos per year. Given only for Regular Employees. If the employee had his/her birthday during the probationary period (3 months), then the employee will not have his/her birthday gift money.

    4. Team Building Fund

    • 1,000 pesos per person per month. Not given on cash. Funds provided to Department Heads. Not applicable during the pandemic.

    5. Attendance Bonus

    • 1,000 pesos per month. Provided, that the employee is present in his/her workplace for the entire month. Availing leave, regardless if with pay or not, and having tardiness with disqualify the employee from availing such bonus. Provided, that there is a 10 minutes grace period for the employee for him to be considered late and disqualified.

    Premium Rates are as follows:

     Regular Holiday Pay +100% of daily rate

     Special Holiday Pay +30% of daily rate

     Rest Day Duty +130% of daily rate

     Regular Holiday on Rest Day +260% of daily rate

     Special Holiday on Rest Day +150% of daily rate

     Double Holiday +200%

     Double Holiday on Rest Day +260% of daily rate

     Night Differential +10% of hourly rate

    15. Government Mandated Benefits

    16. Accommodation

    • 4 pax per room, the employees require live in company dormitory who can’t go back to home during the epidemic, after then they can go back home according to their own decision.

    17. Shuttle Service

    • Shuttle service is provided to transport employees to their workplace and back to their dormitories.
