API Developer - Permanent

Offer description

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Configures client-specific system using one of the company proprietary development tools.
• Develop or enhance API endpoints to satisfy the current and future needs of the business
• Gathers requirements from API Technical Manager, Solutions Analysts, Client Partners and/or
liaising with 3rd party data sources representatives for design and solutions purposes
• Maintain a high standard and quality of work using unit tests and integration tests
• Prepares required documentation and reports
• Maintaining and upgrading existing connectors/systems
• Attends on-site meeting and regular conference calls

Qualifications:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information
Technology, Others or equivalent.
• Preferably at least 4 years Experienced Employee specialized in IT/Computer - Software or
equivalent.
• Required Skill(s): Lua, SQL, XML, and JSON
• Optional: Knowledge of web services (WSDL Soap, Restful)
• Technical expertise in the design, development, coding, testing, and debugging of software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think logically and effectively utilize
techniques to develop and execute effective solutions.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as a team member.
• Competitive analytical and problem-solving skills and advanced communicative competence.
• Good time management and organizational skills
• A critical thinker and detail-oriented
• Amenable to work in a Night Schedule
