Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Technical Support Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers through phone, email, and chat channels. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who have a passion for technology and are dedicated to providing outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities:

-Respond to customer inquiries through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
-Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.
-Maintain a high level of technical knowledge through continuous learning and development.
-Document customer interactions and resolutions in a clear and concise manner.
-Escalate more complex issues to senior technical support staff as necessary.
-Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and productivity goals.

Requirements:

-Proven experience in technical support, customer service, or a related field.
-Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and network technologies.
-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple issues simultaneously.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Education and Certification:

-High School Diploma or equivalent required.
-Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred.
-Industry certifications in technology, such as A+, Network+, or MCSA, a plus.
