Salary range is up to 18k

Responsibilities:
- Answering inbound calls: Handling a high volume of incoming phone calls from customers with questions or concerns about products, services, or their account.
- Making outbound calls: Making outgoing calls to customers to follow up on orders, confirm appointments, or offer new products or services.
- Providing customer service: Assisting customers with their inquiries, complaints, and concerns, and providing information on products or services.
- Resolving issues: Identifying customer needs and resolving issues with their orders or accounts, such as billing discrepancies, technical issues, or product returns.
- Meeting performance targets: Meeting and exceeding customer service, quality, and productivity targets set by the company.
- Keeping accurate records: Recording customer interactions, maintaining detailed notes on customer accounts, and documenting all customer inquiries and complaints.
- Staying up-to-date: Keeping up-to-date with the latest product and service offerings, policies, and procedures.
- Collaborating with team members: Collaborating with other call center agents, supervisors, and managers to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer service.
- Providing feedback: Providing feedback to management on customer issues and suggesting improvements to policies, procedures, and training programs.
- Following company protocols: Following company protocols for call center operations, including call scripts, workflows, and data entry procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent communication skills
- Amenable to WORK ON SITE
- Must be residing within Negros Occidental
- Not currently employed/enrolled
- Fully Vaccinated
- Computer literate and good web navigation skills
- Available to start asap

Requirements

• Minimum education level: Senior high school
• Language(s): English
• Knowledge: Customer service, Communication and persuasion
