• Respond to client technical and nontechnical enquiries in order to provide information.
• Resolving concerns and/or offering guidance when needed
• Use client information to assess technical difficulties and assist customers through the processes required to resolve various issues.

Qualifications:
• Available to start ASAP
• Computer literate and with good web navigation skills
• Average to excellent English communication skills
• Bachelor
• Must be 18 years of age and above
• Willing to work full-time and in shifting schedule (no part-time)
