Job Description:

As a Technical Support Representative, you provide answers to questions from customers regarding use and trouble-shooting of equipment, usually over the phone.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Answering incoming calls from customers

Addressing client questions or demands

Guaranteeing that consumer demands are handled properly and effectively

Developing, organizing, and maintaining accurate files

Providing high-quality service in a pleasant, competent, and professional manner



You are a perfect candidate for this job if you:

At least High School or Senior High School Graduate

Amenable to work on shifting schedules

With 13 months and up Customer Service Experience

• Minimum education level: Senior high school
• Language(s): English
• Availability to travel: No
• Availability of change of residence: No
