Appointment Setter & Lead Generation Specialist

Job Description

• Follow up on leads and conduct market research to identify potential prospects/clients.

• Support the sales team by conducting lead maintenance and documentation.

• Liaise with various departments to recommend ways to drive leads and increase new business opportunities.

• Build prospect relationships by contacting and following up communications to move leads through sales funnel efficiently.

• Manage data for new and existing leads in CRM.

• Attend to ad hoc administrative tasks from time to time when required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Management or any related field

• At least 1 year of experience as an Appointment Setter & Lead Generation Specialist in Australian Real Estate

• At least 1 year of experience using Agent Box (CRM)

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite applications

• Ability to adapt to new software and administrative tasks effectively

• High attention to detail, able to handle corrections and have self-responsibility

• Committed to continuous improvement and learning

Nice to have/s

• Experience in Sales and Marketing administration

• Good interpersonal and customer service skills

• Time management and organization skills
