Appointment Setter

Job Description

• Organize and schedule the next appointment of the patients.
• Collect and encode patients’ data with accuracy.
• Perform administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Administration or any related field
• Experience as an Appointment Setter
• Must be presentable when having a video call with the patients
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Requirements

• Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
• 1 year of experience
