    Appointment Setter

    Appointment Setters are considered the prime generators for the sales department. Responsible for constant engagement to support the sales function of the business which includes contacting leads geared for the purpose of making the first contact with prospective customers or clients.

    Key Criteria/Responsibilities

    Calls prospective customers by operating telephone equipment, automatic dialing systems, and other telecommunications technologies
    Provide information regarding the service
    Take information from potential customers regarding their specific product or service needs
    Adjust scripts to better target the needs and interests of specific individuals
    Duties and Responsibilities

    The primary function is to source out and contact potential customers and arrange sales calls for the Consultants.
    Makes approximately 100 hundred client calls per day.
    Keeps meticulous records of potential clients.
    Keeps track and records their daily productivity.
    Take cue and act on techniques taught and shared regarding cold calls and “warm” calls.
    Call potential customers by following calling list provided and those personally created list – as approved by the client - through individual team member’s initiative.
    Making a habit of always greeting the customers warmly during phone calls.
    Remembering to introduce self and company all the time during phone calls.
    Provide appropriate information regarding the services or products in question.
    Answer any question that potential customers ask to the best of one’s knowledge and ability.
    Extending utmost courtesy to the client and potential customer by not interrupting phone conversations or questions being asked.
    Take detailed information from potential customers and clients regarding their specific product or service needs.
    Arrange specific schedule (time and day) from potential customers regarding possible sales calls at the convenience of the potential customers and clients.
    As part of extending utmost respect to clients and customers, specialists are expected to express their gratitude to their potential customers and actual clients – all the time.
    Document all calls made to potential customers and actual clients.
    Put the Appointment on the Consultant’s tracker.
    Send email both to Prospect and Consultant.
    Do a follow up call 24 Hours before the agreed time and date.
    Monitor the outcome of the appointment.
    Need to callback if the appointment is missed.
    Conduct necessary initiative in achieving desired work objectives
    Do other work and work-related actions assigned by the client, within reason.
    Qualifications:

    1+ year experience in customer service, lead generation, sales, cold calling, telemarketing
    Excellent English communication skills, lead generating experience is a plus
    Working knowledge of relevant computer programs and telephone systems
    Strong creative, organization, critical thinking, data encoding, interpersonal skills
    Has a passion and hunger for success and results
    Team player and self-motivated
    Exhibit strong integrity and loyalty to corporate vision and mission
