Appointment Setter Specialist
This role is responsible for contacting and setting appointments for B2B prospects, potential clients, and making outbound calls to generate outbound sales, delivering a sales presentation with passion, commitment, courtesy, and professionalism. Additionally, this position uses unwavering customer service and high ethical selling standards.

Key Responsibilities
• Target market small to medium business owners shipping domestically and internationally
• Outbound calls to pre-qualify and generate appointments
• Multi-channel approach using email, social and cold calling to set up an appointment
• Responsible for pre-sales and the prospect all the way until they activate (1st shipment)
• Handle objections from prospects and complete on the spot quotes if required
• Providing support as required by the management
• Achieve *KPI’s and goals
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Administration, or any related field
• At least 2 years of work experiences in Sales, Appointment Setting
• Experience in logistics/freight beneficial but not essential
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong work ethic and creative approach
• Self-confidence and motivation
• Eagerness to learn and upskill
*KPI
• First 6 month – Achieve an average of 2-3 meeting bookings a week
• 7-12 month – Achieve an average of 3-4 meeting bookings a week
• +12 months – Achieve 4-5 meetings booking a week
• Achieve a minimum of 4 activations a month
• Additional Duties
- Data pulling and data dumping
- Complete Quotes for current customers when needed

Requirements

• Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
• 2 years of experience
• Language(s): English
• Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Commercial skills / Networking
