    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Prepare promotional marketing material and content, organize their distribution through various channels via email trails – HubSpot or MailChimp

    • Manage Software applications such as Dochub, HubSpot, Yumpu, Lucidpress

    • Researching business opportunities and Developing growth strategies and plans

    • Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements

    • Following industry trends locally and internationally

    • Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition in real estate industry

    • Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer/franchisor needs

    • Managing and retaining relationships with potential clients & existing clients

    • Interact with team members and collaborate where needed with specific projects

    • Increasing client base through active prospects with a strict KPI structure

    • Ensure database data is up to date and ‘Clean data’

    • Actively foster company values of Integrity, Respect, Passion and Accountability in all aspects of work.

    • Follow workplace policies and procedures.

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • At least 2 years of outbound / inbound experience

    • Background and understanding of MailChimp

    • Previous experience and understanding of HubSpot is an advantage

    • Preferably with experience managing data in CRM

    • Ability to identify opportunities and close on appointments

    • KPI orientated, self-motivated with the ability to overcome objections and identify opportunities

    • Driven and self-motivated with the ability overcoming objections

    • Previous AU Experience is an advantage.

    • Previous experience working within the real estate industry is highly regarded.

    • Professional phone manner with excellent communication skills verbal and written

    • Previous successful background in closing deals and exceeding sales targets

    • Have clear understanding of social media marketing, content management, and creation

    • Must be willing to work in Clark, Pampanga
