    Duties and Responsibilities:



    • Work closely with the Sales team

    • Can understand the company’s value proposition and be able to have a conversation with the appropriate decision maker and set appointments for the Sales team

    • Follow provided scripts, policies and procedures

    • Answer general questions about products or services when needed

    • Make routine follow up calls when needed

    • Manage existing database via cold calling

    • Develop and maintain the database ensuring that all new entries are of acceptable standard of accuracy and detail

    • Provide best effort in meeting appointment setting targets and metrics

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • At least 3 years of experience in Appointment Setting

    • Experience in outbound calls, particularly in cold calling and warming up leads

    • Background in the Health Industry

    • Proficient in MS Office and Google Apps

    • Ability to adapt to new tools and software

    • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

    • Strong objection handling when calling leads

    • Ability to communicate well with older people

    • Empathetic, speaks clearly and with a well modulated voice

    • Energetic and enthusiastic when dealing with clients or customers

    • High level of accuracy and attention to details

    • Ability to think on your feet

    • Ability to articulate a value proposition and get to the decision maker

  • 3 years of experience
