    1. Manning and Timekeeping

    a. To submit updated Manning (Manpower Report) list every week to BAVI HR.

    b. To consolidate all timesheets submitted for assigned area. Ensuring that all service crew are with corresponding timesheets.

    c. Prepare summary of manpower hours per payroll cut-off.

    d. Coordinate regarding deployment of additional/replacement crew upon Operations request to BAVI-HR.

    2. Orientation and Training

    a. Conducts brief orientation as to basic house rules of BAVI pertaining to:

    i. Cash sales remittance

    ii. Cleanliness of stores

    iii. Wearing of proper uniforms and Ids while on duty

    iv. Observing proper hygiene while on duty.

    b. Cascades to service crew all new procedures and policies that will be implemented by BAVI.

    c. Attends all BAVI related trainings as requested by Business Center as well as present in all Branch Trainings.

    3. Salary disbursement and pay-slip

    a. Consolidating queries of service crew regarding salaries. Cascade of referred concerns particularly with regards to computations to accounting for appropriate action to Agency Management.

    b. Distribution of pay-slips whether thru email, personal visits, or mails. Ensuring that all store crews have received their pay-slips immediately after payroll disbursement

    4. Conducts unscheduled or random audits to stores to check if the store crews are complying with the house rules given by the Client especially on cleanliness of stores as well as to check occurrence of store variances.

    5. Conducts initial investigation on each incident of shortages, robbery, habitual absences and tardiness, non-declaration of cash sales remittances and most especially non remittance of cash sales.

    6. Records and monitors weekly or monthly sales per store per crew.

    7. Conducts quarterly performance review for all crews in coordination with respective Management Trainees. This will be useful in determining consistency of performance and attitude of each service crew.

    8. Prepares reports such as Forecasted Manpower Deployment Report and Actual Manpower Deployment Report

    9. Other tasks that are deemed necessary in the monitoring of all the assigned Service Crew.
