  • Job Qualifications:

     Bachelor’s Degree in any Business course or equivalent training.

     Master’s Degree in Business Administration/Marketing or any related field

     Required Skill(s): Customer Service, Market Research, Sales and Marketing

     Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles in Dealership of Appliances like

    LG, Samsung, Panasonic, etc.

     Minimum 10 years solid sales experience in Distribution, operation in retail, field operations, key

    account management and business development.

     Advanced problem-solving skills, with a can-do attitude and able to develop creative solutions

    proactively

     Demonstrated ability to multi-task and balance key area of focus

     Excellent written and oral communications skills, including ability to document issues and

    resolutions-oriented

     Excellent interpersonal skills and customer focus with ability to work collaboratively and deliver

    high-quality outcomes

     Team player with ability to work independently in a distributed work environment with flexibility to

    handle on-call responsibilities

     Leadership capabilities, to lead and facilitate conversation with key account operational team;

    implement trade deals/programs efficiently

     Proficient in MS Office and similar tools

     Willing to be assigned Davao Areas

    Job Responsibilities:

     Setting sales targets for individual account and your team as a whole.

     Identify, process, and open new dealers/distributor/s as fulfilment partner/s for the assigned

    channel segments and steer account management pertinent to driving the business in achieving

    set ambition.

     Plan, Implement, and execute programs to ensure 100% compliance to the attainment of territory

    AOP per account/territory and forecast accuracy focused on sell-in, sell-through, and sell-out to

    different channels (retail, fleet, and sub-dealers).

     End-to-end Account Management: execute best practice application of Retail Excellence across

    the range of Retail Store design and fit-out, Retail Customer Service, Retail Training, consumer

    loyalty programs and promotions, providing the processes for continuous monitoring and

    improvement.

     Implement and ensure 100% compliance to coverage plans and reporting guidelines including

    coverage of sub-dealer accounts in the assigned territory.

     Ensure 100% monitoring of all competitive activities in the territory that may affect dealer sales

    as well as to ensure that all consumer feedback is attended to (performance feedback,

    adjustment claims, etc.).

     Provide timely reports, updates, and presentations as may be required.

     Other tasks as may be assigned from time to time
