    Planning and managing overall business operations for the growth of the assigned industry. Driving and leading sales & marketing through management of sales team and ensuring the achievement of annual sales target as well as the successful management of customers. Maintaining and strengthening relationship of key business partners and customer, developing new business opportunity to fulfill the organization’s overall business plan and strategies.

    Duties and Responsibilities:-

    Business Achievement
    Plans and manage overall functions of business operations, i.e. budgeting, staffing, cost and expenses control, profitability, stocks, debtor, supply chain, sales tools, country campaign, etc. in order to achieve the organizations objectives.
    Achieve optimum turnover/profit according to the agreed budget and EP (Economic Profit).
    Develops and manages the interface between the sales team and customer service, EAC Industrial Ingredients, Inc. warehouse and relevant suppliers to ensure smoothest and most functional flow of products to customers.
    Business Development
    Acquires new business partners, set up and execute business strategies to develop and promote new markets by expanding product portfolio and enhancing supplier relationship as well as captures competitive intelligence information by developing & maintaining competitor database.
    Keeps close contact and strengthens good relationship with strategic customers as well as both local and overseas suppliers.
    Monitors and controls the actual sales performance against budget, as well as stock position and debtors according to the budget. Ensures a proper inventory level of all products at the EAC Industrial Ingredients, Inc Warehouse
    Regional Strategic Execution
    Align business direction with regional direction; implement local industry strategy, manage its profitability; prepare and submit business report to key stakeholder i.e. suppliers, Regional Industry Manager; provide & support competitive/market intelligence information; expand the regional business network.
    Staff Management
    Recruits, motivates, manages and coaches including developing all staff in the Business to perform their duty with full effectiveness and efficiency as well as work well in harmony to enhance and cultivate teamwork.
    Keeps all staff in his business well informed of the country’s policy and activities, etc.
    Holds regular meetings among sales staff on relevant business topics within his / her respective business.
    Ensures that all business activities are preceded according to the Working Instructions as specified in the Integrated Management System.
    Other duties as assigned by Superior.


    Candidate must be a graduate of B.S. in Food Technology or Chemical Science
    With at least 5 years Sales & Marketing experience in Food Ingredients Industry
    Excellent oral and written communications skills
    Good customer orientation
    Business and market know-how
    Accustomed to working in an international environment
    Must be willing to work in Alabang
