  • Qualifications:

    Bachelor's Degree Holder

    at least 3 years of related experience

    should come from Pharmaceutical industry.

    To develop objectives, plans and sets direction for the district to generate sales and ensure that each member of his team will effectively execute individual promotional sales programs and strategies to achieve target sales and market share goals.

    To supervise operations that will produce desired sales volume and develop accounts of assigned district to sustain its forecast growth.

    2. Principal Accountabilities:

    2.1 Sales Achievement & Revenue

    a. To implement plans and goals that will deliver sales achievement by attaining the required sales performance in a defined period of time.

    b. Monitors and reviews per product performance of major and minor brands.

    c. Reviews and initiate plans to sustain sales, product movement, inventory levels and sales at trade outlets, hospital pharmacies and other accounts.

    2.2 Territory Business Management

    a. Manages and supports the development of Key Opinion Leaders within the assigned district.

    b. Ensures timely implementation of Marketing programs based on plan of actions.

    c. Responds effectively to immediate customer’s concerns, needs or queries. Attends to these at professional perspective and in alignment with company’s guidelines of code of business conduct.

    d. Manage effectively the operational expenses and company assets.

    e. Prepares necessary documentations and reports as required. Submit these within the allotted timeline.

    2.3 Compliance

    Performs with highest degree of integrity and equally complies the corporate code of business conduct and policies on compliance.

    2.4 Organization Excellence

    To be part of the winning team through high standard of performance, self-development and learning.

    Experience or Skills Required

    With relevant working experience in the same capacity in pharmaceutical set-up Must have good verbal and written communication Highly acquainted to use Microsoft softwares and other company computer tools Well versed in coaching and developing his team members to manage operational needs of their assigned territories Strong leadership command and excellent in decision making
