  • Primary Duties and Responsibilities

    FINANCE/ ADMINISTRATIVE FUNCTIONS

    1. Oversee the operational of financial management of the Naga branch such as budgeting, accounting, credit and collection and cashiering in coordination with the Head Office Finance department

    2. Ensure proper implementation of all company policies

    3. Monitor and review all running computerized systems of the branch and prepare management report after the review

    4. Monitor on regular basis the condition of the branch equipment and other assets

    5. Maintain good business relationships with suppliers

    6. Conduct supplier re-evaluation

    7. Review submitted estimates, handles bidding process, canvasses important and urgent requirements

    8. Ensure proper storage & file management of all branch accounting records

    9. Monitoring of all incoming & outgoing accounting documents

    10. Ensure the physical existence of all recorded assets & vice-versa

    11. Observe actual count of inventory

    12. Ensure compliance with local government regulations

    13. Supervise collectors, messengers, warehouseman, janitors, and drivers

    Secondary functions (in absence of Branch Manager)

    SALES AND MARKETING

    1. Assist the Branch Manager in ensuring the management of a continuous generation of sales

    2. Assist the Branch Manager in ensuring that all sales associates are actively hitting their respective quota

    3. Help continuously recruit, organize, and develop new sales agency

    4. Assist the Branch Manager in continuous conceptualization of sales strategies and techniques to motivate sales associates to boost their sales production

    5. Recommend any course of action that may be deemed necessary and appropriate to promote harmony among sales people as well as office staff

    FIELD OPERATIONS

    1. Help the Branch manager in the overall development and maintenance of the park and oversee all construction activities inside the premises

    2. Monitor all interment activities

    3. Perform other tasks as the need arises
