  • Job Description:

    Manages local inventories and manage items per directed weeks supply by Department Buyer
    Issues Purchase Orders on a timely basis
    Tracks orders to make sure items make on-time delivery
    Communicates with Buyer/Category Buyer problems with vendors and particular SKUs
    Maintains professional relationship with all vendors
    Ensures that all claims and support fro vendors are collected on a timely basis thru STS
    Communicates to Operations items that are to be returned to vendors
    Manages cost and price change as directed by the buyer
    Monitors merchandise expiry dates
    Communicates promotional activities with Operations team

    Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
    At least 1year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
    Must be proficient with using MS Excel
    Preferably Supervisor/specializing in Buying/Purchasing.
    JDA MMS experience is preferable
