    Job Description

    Personal Assistant to Client Care Manager (CCM), duties as requested by CCM. Crosscheck all LAP 1, 2, 3 appointments in Agent calendar bookings, research REX, RPData, Outlook, OFI sheets etc. and complete all fields in Agents’ calendars and REX (Refer to Calendar Booking Template and Timeframes for completion). Highlight missing data in REX and/or Agent calendars for Client Care Manager to confirm when speaking with clients. Check Calendar Bookings and identify conflicts or potential conflicts between agents or conflict for agent time and tasks.

    You will be working the morning shift at our Pampanga site.


    -Demonstrated excellent spoken and written English language with excellent comprehension of English language

    -Previous experience as a Team Leader or ambition to become a Team Leader

    -Excellent computer literacy

    -Demonstrated ability to cope with pressure and meet strict deadlines and complete tasks with a sense of urgency

    -Able and willing to work 6 days per week plus overtime and perform tasks outside of hours when required
