  • To assist the Head of Human Resources in the day-to-day management of the department, to ensure that all HR functions are administered effectively, particularly in Employee Engagement and Relations; and to enable HR capability building within the Company.


    - Graduate of any four (4) year collegiate course, preferably of Psychology, Human Resource Management, Communication or other related course;

    - At least 5 years’ experience in a similar role;

    - Familiar with the Philippine Labor Law;

    - Experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage;

    - Above average communication skills in both Filipino and English;

    - Ability to plan and organize projects and events effectively.
