    ABOUT THE JOB:

    • Manage and drive performance within the Outbound sales team to enable them to achieve our KPI’s

    • Ensure guest production and budget requirements are achieved for all campaigns.

    • Work closely with your Manager, HR, Finance and Call Centre Operations Support Team and when needed the Marketing Operations, Club Wyndham Asia Operations, Field Marketing Operations, Sales and Finance to generate profitable guests.

    • Conduct effective resource planning to maximize productivity (leads, people, and budget).

    • Collect and analyze Call Centre statistics.

    • Prepare reports for different campaigns, analyze and interpret for better planning and strategies.

    • Work closely to train and upskill all direct reports Team to enhance their teams performance

    • Work closely with QA/Trainers to increase quality and lessen attrition.

    • Act as a key player in product and marketing strategy formulation, implementation and evaluation.

    JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Strong marketing and strategic development skills.

    • Results driven & have proven leadership experience.

    • Proven track record in driving performance.

    • Minimum 5 years’ experience in an Outbound sales environment

    • Minimum 2 years’ experience leading a Sales Team

    • Strong marketing and strategic development skills.

    • Proficient knowledge of Word, Access and Excel.

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

    • Proven interpersonal skills.

    • Dynamic, coordinated, have exceptional organization skills and be excellent dispute resolution skills.
