  • Qualifications:

    - Graduate of B.S. Psychology, B.S. Business Administration or any related course

    - Preferably at least 2 years related work experience in Recruitment and BPO Business

    - Demonstrates business acumen in understanding the requirements of the organization and strategizes to meet these in the new normal

    - Strong communication skills both verbal and written

    - Results-driven ensuring timely management of end-to-end recruitment process

    - Creative and tech savy on the use of social media platforms and social networking sites

    - Be the foremost Brand Ambassador of the organization possessing a ‘Marketing’ mindset providing the first touch point in Employee Experience
