  • Description

  • Assistant Manager (for IT Business Solutions-ecommerce and CRM)

    Project management at least 2 years, with working experience in Hybris/CRM/Mobile Apps/Retail

    Job Description:

    Application Delivery, Documentation and SLA release

    - Prepare necessary system documentation (Migration Forms, Change Requests, Sign Off documents, etc.) for system users of Ecom and CRM

    - Conduct systems test and evaluate results based on requirement.

    - Act as quality assurance agent regarding the project management inputs/outputs including time, portfolio and status reporting.

    Programming, Installation Testing and Documentation

    - Conduct discussion with users to identify the overall process and scope of deliverable

    - Determine the best course of action in terms of system-logic design, methodologies and timeline

    -Develop/implement UAT - Black box/Grey Box/White Box Test

    UAT and Documentation

    System Architecture and Business Process Control

    Production Support

    -Provide technical and functional support for Ecom (Hybris) and CRM
