Description



  • Partner with HR to maintain office policies as necessary

    • Organise office operations and procedures

    • Receive phone calls, handle issues or complaints raised by offshore clients. Provides general support to offshore clients

    • Responsible for managing office services by ensuring office operations and procedures are organized, correspondences are controlled, filing systems are designed, supply requisitions are reviewed and approved and that clerical functions are properly assigned and monitored

    • Allocate tasks and assignments to subordinates and monitor their performance

    • Manage internal staff relations

    • Design and Implement procedural and policy changes to improve operational efficiency

    • Oversee adherence to office policies and procedures

    • Type and/or draft memoranda, correspondence and managerial reports

    • Perform other duties as assigned

    Qualifications:

    1. Outstanding English communication skills both in written and verbal communication

    2. Leadership skills, including the ability to delegate, supervise and see tasks through from start to finish

    3. Ability to manage multiple and rapidly changing priorities to meet the needs and expectations of the company.
