Offer description

- Monitors Flour and Bran Packaging operations. Expeditiously acts on problems encountered.

- Guide Packaging Staff in operating machineries in the Flour and Bran Packaging areas.

- Review all operation checklists provided. Prepared production reports as required.

- Coordinate all scheduled activities of different operators per area. Review all operation checklist provided that machine works properly, and man is doing the assigned activities.

- Check and review every aspect of the Packaging operations continuously to ensure that task is progressing satisfactory,

- Regularly check the performance of the Packaging Operations and compare it to the set standard parameters. Initiate corrective actions if those standards are not being met.

- Ensure the correct setting and operation of the code printers and metal detectors. Performs performance verification.

- Ensure to transact all SAP transactions on a daily basis.

- Ensure to fill all the required data in shift/daily reports (process order, batch code, downtime, flour movement and batching summary).

Job Specification

Graduate of any 2 or 4-year Technical course in college

Must have experience in packaging of food or food manufacturing industry

Can handle various electrical/mechanical tools
