  • Assistant Programme Manager, Elective Modules- International Training & Development Company, Metro Manila, Philippines

    A premier international training and development company is setting up its office in the Philippines and is in need of Assistant Programme Manager for Elective Modules to join its team. The successful candidate, reporting to the Head of Innovation, will be working with the Programme Manager and supports the Enterprise Team with the conceptualization and pitching of programmes, curriculum development support and trainers deployment for confirmed training projects in their specific area of specialization. Career Elective Modules cater to the upper secondary school students to expose them to various professions in the job market. These programmes will bridge the gap between secondary schools and the industries to give participants an understanding of what to expect when they join the workforce through industry partnerships and experiential training in the classroom and through learning journeys.

    Qualifications

    Bachelor’s degree, preferably with Education units

    Three (3) years experience in a training or teaching position for Elective Modules

    Experience in training and curriculum development for Elective Modules

    Excellent English written and communication skills

    Excellent interpersonal skills

    Has the ability to represent the company to prospect clients

    Willingness to travel

    Willingness to be based in Metro Manila

    Filipino candidates only
