  • Assistant Programme Manager, Softskills- International Training & Development Company, Metro Manila, Philippines

    A premier international training and development company is setting up its office in the Philippines and is in need of Assistant Programme Manager for Softskills to join its team. The successful candidate, reporting to the Head of Innovation, will be working with the Programme Manager and supports the Enterprise Team with the conceptualization and pitching of programmes, curriculum development support and trainers deployment for confirmed training projects in their specific area of specialization. Softskills programmes are usually short courses that cater to primary and secondary school students in leadership, motivation, study skills, grooming and etiquette, cyber wellness, mindfulness and many more.


    Bachelor’s degree, preferably with Education units

    Three (3) years experience in a training or teaching position in Softskills

    Experience in training and curriculum development in Softskills

    Excellent English written and communication skills

    Excellent interpersonal skills

    Has the ability to represent the company to prospect clients

    Willingness to travel

    Willingness to be based in Metro Manila

    Filipino candidates only
