Earn up to Php 35,000 per month while upskilling your career working for one of our many Real Estate clients in US as a Assistant Property Manager from our advanced Clark-based office.
Role Facts
• Earn from Php 30,000 up to Php 35,000 per month
• Must work from our COVID safe office
• Night Shift
• HMO upon regularization

Role Qualification
• Great attention to detail
• Good written and verbal English skills
• Experience in working with US/AU Real Estate offices doing similar tasks is an advantage
• Excellent organization skills
• Strong ability to follow directions and multitask
Job Description
• Order parts as necessary for maintenance team
• Enter inventory when purchased
• Create Weekly reports (move in/out and make ready)
• Schedule/Prepare the following as directed by Property Manager
• Notify tenants (as needed) to request access
• Home Depot Statement/Amazon Purchases
• Prepare billable by company report
• Monthly owner reports: rent roll preparation and other tasks as needed
• Track utilities on tenant level, making sure tenants provide correct information
• Track/Maintain recurring work orders and preventive maintenance
• Monthly statements
• Processing work order closing/timecards
• Processing City violations/disputes
• Processing renter’s insurance compliance

Requirements
- Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
- 1 year of experience
- Language(s): English
- Knowledge: Real State
- Availability to travel: Yes
- Availability of change of residence: Yes
