Offer description

• Plans and organizes the overall activities of the Quality Control Department in line with its objectives of keeping the company's set quality standard

for installation, testing, adjustment, maintenance, and overall operation of elevators and escalators

• Monitors and controls the day-to-day activities of QC personnel in coordination with the schedule of the Installation department for installation

checkpoints and the conduct of initial testing and adjustment of newly installed elevators and escalators

• Conducts regular research, evaluation, and studies in improving installation procedures, tests/adjustments, and maintenance of elevators and

escalators

• Monitors regularly various quality control reports prepared by subordinates and gives immediate feedback on the information on the concerned

personnel

• Arranges technical training or seminars for QC personnel, qualified installation, and service personnel to uplift the technical know-how and

capabilities of the employees

• Submits monthly quality control reports as required by his superior

• Trains and develops his men to ensure effective performance of their jobs and personal growth in the company

• Graduate of BS in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, preferably with a license

• Must have an experience in the Elevator/ Escalator Quality Assurance and adjustment of works

• Familiarity with company policies and guidelines of the field

• Ability to learn a variety of Job Description

• Outstanding Organizational and Leadership skills

• Must have excellent communication skills
