Job Description

Manage a team of Sales Agents and provide general direction to them

 Monitor performance of his/ her Sales Agents

 Come up with a data driver performance management report for his/ her team

 Provide timely feedback and coaching session to his/ her team based on individual

performance

 Design, rollout, and implement sales and marketing plan to boost brand awareness and

sales performance of the assigned products

 Represent the company by conducting effective client presentation to prospective

customers

 Overall management of offsite activities related to sales and marketing, this includes, but is

not limited to, client meetings, business presentations, company sponsored seminars or

events, etc.

 Come up with realistic and objective sales goals for his/ her team

 Ensure the team’s sales target is met by providing assistance and guidance to the sales team

 Provide expert opinion to the management in view of sales target, sales strategies, and sales

performance of the products assigned to him/ her

 Participate in actual physical inventory of the products assigned to him/ her

 Other activities and tasks relative to the operational requirement of his/ her team

• Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
• 5 years of experience
• Language(s): English
• Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word
