Graduate of any four year course

at least one to two years experience as an Assistant Showroom Manager

With experience in handling mall operations

Good in oral and written communication skills

Can work with a minimum supervision

Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for managing the overall daily operations of the store, checking cash deposits daily, equipment monitoring (PC desktop, credit card terminals, sound system, aircon, IPAD, telephone, mobile phone), accepts delivery and pull out of items for display from warehouse team and ensures that employee discipline is complied with daily. (Attendance, complete uniform, clean and well-groomed employees, lunchbreak on time, no loitering)

Provide awesome customer service at the showroom and assist sales associates if needed.

3.Cross sell items to customers to increase sales.

4.Arrange items for visual design of in store items.

5.Checks the daily sales report submitted by Sales Associate and makes sure that the Sales Journal is always updated.

6. Assist Marketing Officer in visual interior design of the showroom.

7. Provide assistance to customer’s issues, concerns and inquiries.

8. Daily short meetings with the staff for briefing and motivation for the work day ahead.

9. Daily debriefing of sales associates at the end of business day to know the day’s challenges and issues encountered.

Willing to be assigned in Megamall

Requirements

• Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
• 1 year of experience
• Language(s): English
• Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word
• Availability to travel: No
• Availability of change of residence: No
