  • Job Summary:
    Responsible for the achievement of sales target per department.

    Job Responsibilities:
    Sales and Profitability:
    Ensures sales achievement per department versus the target sales

    Merchandising and Shrinkage Control:
    Maintains the ideal Shelf Service Level (SSL)
    Knowledgeable on fast and slow moving items per department
    Ensures proper maintenance of merchandise based on standards

    People Management
    Ensures that all selling personnel are properly trained prior to deployment in the selling floor
    Orients selling area supervisors on company policies, procedures, and work requirements

    Customer Service
    Ensures 100% compliance of selling personnel to Customer Service Standards
    Ensures that excellent customer service is rendered in all departments at all times

    Reportorial and Other Requirements
    Prepares Departmental Sales Report and Analysis
    Prepares weekly SSL report
    Prepares summary of customer's feedback
