  • Job Description
    Responsible in managing a team of recruiters and the account/s that they support.
    Manage intraday activities for performance improvement by which the Team Leader and employees work together on a plan to monitor and review team goals.
    Supervising, managing and motivating team members on a daily basis.
    Engage with internal and external, offshore-based clients and provide updates on the team and account handled – performance and various aspects of operations.
    Minimum Qualifications
    Must have at least two years Team Management experience in the BPO industry.
    Must be handling a Voice account.
    Must have excellent communication skills both spoken & written.
