  • Description


    • Assists in directing operational aspects including distribution, customer service, administration, and sales in accordance with MICI’s objectives.

    • Assists in providing training, coaching, development, and motivation for branch personnel

    • Assists in developing forecasts, financial objectives, and business plans.

    • Assists in meeting the monthly sales target and production goals, and Agent/Broker onboarding targets.

    • Assists in providing periodical reports for Management.

    • Must assist the client with claims and other inquiries that they may have.


    • 2-5 years’ work experience in the insurance industry or similar industry

    • Sufficient knowledge in management techniques and practices

    • Ability to meet sales targets and production goals

    • Familiar with the industries rules and regulation

    • Excellent organizational skills

    • Result-driven and customer-focused

    • BS in Business Administration or related field

    • Strong written, verbal and presentation skills

    • Must be willing to work under pressure

    • Proficient in MS Office
