  • Job Description:

    - It will be similar to the role that is the mortgage broker assistant/parabroker. Some people may just think of it as a different title.

    - Assess financial and application information before submission to ensure there are no errors on file.

    - Understand lender policies to ensure high chance of the loan being approved.

    - Review application and financial documents to identify the best loan products available for a customer.

    - Keep up to date with policies and procedures of multiple lenders and use this information to ensure we have loans that are successfully approved.

    - Provide updates to the team and support them with scenarios on potential loan applications to identify the best lender to use.

    Required Skills and Experience:

    - MUST HAVE Australian Loans and Mortgages experience

    - MUST HAVE at least 1-2 years of experience in working with a mortgage broker

    - With an experience in analysing applications before submission.

    Working Schedule: Dayshift

    Work Location: Work from home, open to Pampanga, Ortigas and Makati

    Job Type: Permanent

    Salary: ₱35,000.00 - ₱50,000.00 per month

    Schedule:

    8 hour shift

    Day shift

    Monday to Friday

    Experience:

    Australian Mortgage : 2 years (Required)

    Mortgage Broker Support : 2 years (Required)

    Credit Analysis : 2 years (Required)
