Description



  • Major Responsibilities:

    • Investigates infraction, violations and complaints of subordinates and submit written report to the HR Department according to the MIC Code of Discipline.

    • Fosters an environment that promotes and maintains productive and positive working relationship with an open channel of communication between himself and his subordinates.

    • Reviews and analyzes all transactions which pass through the Department (e.g. disbursements, collection of receivables)

    • Evaluates and examines the procedures and internal accounting control structures to determine if the objectives are achieved effectively and efficiently.

    • Prepares audit schedules (including ratio and trend analysis, bank reconciliation, aging, and receivable confirmation results) on covered transactions as a basis of Report of the Findings and Recommendation

    • Submits periodically a Report of Findings and recommendation to the President, and to Owners, upon request

    Job Specification:

    • Female/Male

    • At least 1 year of relevant work experience

    • Accounting/Financial Management Graduate
