  • Audit Assistant

    Obtain, analyze and evaluate accounting documentation, reports and data on the following items below:

    • INVENTORY

    • ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE

    • OFFICE SUPPLIES

    • OTHER ASSETS

    • ACCOUNTS PAYABLES

    • CASH DISBURSEMENT

    • WEEKLY BUDGET

    • PAYROLL (PROJECT BASED, PROBATIONARY, REGULAR and TRAINEE/ONCALL)

     Prepares audit findings on Inventory, Accounts Receivable, Office Supplies, other Assets, Accounts Payables, Cash Disbursement, Weekly Budget, and Payroll (PROJECT BASED, PROBATIONARY, REGULAR and TRAINEE/ONCALL)

     Assist Audit Supervisor on all audit process.

     Weekly auditing of Bad Orders Item.

     Conduct surprise audit to each department.

     Conduct Actual Monthly Physical Inventory

    Qualification:

    • Accountancy Graduate or any related

    • CPA License is an advantage

    • Must be keen to details

    • Good communication skills both written and verbal

  • Requirements

  • Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
  • Language(s): English ,Tagalog
  • Availability for travel: Yes
  • Availability for change of residence: Yes
