Offer description

-Answer and direct telephone calls.
-Communicate with customers/suppliers.
-Managing filing system.
-Monitor and use office equipment and materials (computers,printers, fax machines, copiers, physical files, etc.)
-Ensure that the warehouseman will follow the receiving procedures such as; Checks the quantity of products received
based on receiving documents (Supplier’s Delivery Receipts and Purchase Order).
-In-charge of pulling out damage items to return to suppliers.
-Compile records of items shipped to another location
-Receives and records all incoming & outgoing documents transmittals

Requirements

• Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
• Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Accountability for mistakes and errors, Internal audit
