  • Description

  • Primary Role:

    - Manage information security team to define and maintain information security and audit program

    - Provide guidance on the industry standards and regulatory requirements, communicate security concepts, policies, standards, procedures, and provide ongoing support.

    - Engage with multiple stakeholders in aligning current business processes with security standards and obligations (PCI DSS, ISO27001 and ISO27002, HIPAA, BITS, etc.)

    - Review Statements of Work, Master Service Agreements, and other contracts for security obligations

    - Participate in BCP/DR related activities

    - Will manage a team to support various regions (US, APAC, Philippines, UK and South Africa)

    Minimum Qualifications:

    - Graduate of IT, Business Management, Computer Science, Accountancy or equivalent

    - At least 5 years of experience handling audit performed by the company’s clients and performed compliance audit to company policies and procedures

    - Must have a good exposure in supporting clients/accounts from various regions

    - Good leadership and communication skills

    Experience in a regulated (financial/pharmaceutical/health care/etc.) industry is highly preferred


    - Work from home (until further notice) but must be amenable to work in Makati, Night Shift Schedule.
