Brief Description

Assist in achieving collective goals of the Audit Department, to:

-Review and audit branch's daily activities, processes, item &/or asset movement, and document generation.

-Ensure that the company policies and procedures are being implemented in all aspects of branch's operations.

-Recheck accuracy, validity and completeness of documentation & reports.

-Maintain utmost objectivity, honesty and unbiased view in execution of functions,and to avoid circumstances that might compromise this.

-Recommend corrective measures for problems/ bottlenecks/ loopholes encountered, if any.

-Oversee management of document archives.

-Recommend solutions to problems/ bottlenecks/ loopholes encountered, if any.

-Recommend corrective actions/ promotions on personnel being handled, if any.

-Ensure that the company's quality standards are upheld at all times.

-Escalate urgent and major issues or other irregularities to Management.

Requirements:

-Holder of a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting or similar.

-Must be knowledgeable & well-versed in basic Accounting principles.

-With above-average written and verbal communication skills.

-Must be proficient in using MS Office Applications (Word, Excel)

-Excellent attention to details.

-Knowledge in SAP software is an advantage.

-Can navigate through complex analysis, and can exercise good judgment, objectivity, dependability, emotional control, integrity, professionalism, execute thorough reporting skills.

-Must be results-oriented and can work within deadlines.
