Automotive Service Technician Responsibilities:

* Identify problems with vehicles using the diagnostic equipment.

* Explain automotive repairs and issues and provide great customer service.\

* Maintaining your technical and mechanical skills.

* Possess a valid driver’s license for conducting test drives.

* Maintain a clean, safe working environment.

* Perform routine maintenance and general mechanic work on vehicles.

Automotive Service Technician Requirements:

* Graduate of Mechanical or Automotive Technology

* The ability to work independently.

* Managing overtime on service calls with patience and not rushing the job.

* Excellent customer service and communication skills.

* The ability to diagnose and solve problems based on customers' non-technical descriptions.

* Strong working knowledge of equipment and tools used in the industry

* Physical fitness to lift heavy equipment, work in confined spaces, and bend frequently.

Requirements

• 1 year of experience
• Language(s): English ,Tagalog
• Knowledge: Communication and persuasion
