B2B Telemarketer needed for appointment setting, warm/cold calling.
Virtual Tours Creator is Australia’s No1 software for creating Virtual Tours of Real Estate. We are quickly growing our services range to Photo Editing and Floor Plan creation and therefore looking for a Telemarketing Champion who will work directly with the company founder to communicate it with current and potential customers.
We are looking for a confident and highly motivated individual that's interested in a great entry-level telemarketer/ lead generator opportunity. As an entry-level telemarketer/ lead generator, you will make outbound calls to educate our current customers or generate appointments from warm/cold leads.
Your responsibilities include:
1. Conduct consistent calling of existing customers from our CRM to inform them about our new services, system features and promotions.
2. Calling warm leads from our database to set up meetings or calls with the company owner.
3. Cold Calling, Prospecting, generating, qualifying, processing and following up on leads
4. Keeping a detailed log of calls
5. Handling high number of outbound calls
Qualification:
• With more than 2 years of experience in high volume outbound phone calls
• PERFECT ENGLISH ACCENT (preferred Australian), perfect written communication skills in English
• Strong experience in outbound calling, lead generation, and appointment setting.
• High level of accuracy and attention to details
• Ability to quickly build rapport and negotiate to get to the decision makers.
• Perseverance and resilience and a desire to overcome objections
• Determined to exceed goals on weekly basis and have self-accountability
• Smart and confident to build successful relationships and overcome objections over the phone
• Updating and maintaining the database/ CRM
• Experience in working with Excel,
Work From Home Requirements
• At least 10mbps internet connection
• Back up internet connection, postpaid or prepaid
• Laptop or Desktop with updated operating systems and video camera
• (at least core i5 or higher)
• Backup laptop or desktop (at least core i5 or higher)
• Headset with mic
• Willingness to use Monitask for monitoring
• No background noise during work hours
• Must not be currently employed full time

Pay type:
Hourly Salary: starting from 3AUD/H with possibility of pay rise to 4-5AUD/H after the 3 month trial period
Schedule:
• Monday to Friday 10am-6pm AEST
Supplemental pay types:
• Performance bonus
• Yearly bonus
