    To fulfill a series of back-office procedures focused on quality monitoring of our client experience.


    • Generate reports of various customer metrics such as surveys, reviews, etc. Import and export client feedback onto a system, send replies, and assign tasks to the respective team for improvement and/or resolution.

    • Monitor messages and content pertaining to company information circulating the web using an automated platform.

    • Perform spot checks of knowledge base documentation to make sure it meets the guidelines set forth in technical writing guide.

    • Check and maintain demo accounts, demo websites, online profiles, and campaigns to make sure they are accurate and up to date.


    • Preferably with Bachelor’s degree; must have undergone at least 2nd year of college level.

    • Must have a minimum of 2 years experience in the BPO industry handling an international account.

    • Experience in complex back-office processes is highly preferred.

    • Must have excellent writing and good speaking skills in English.

    • Willing to work on a night shift.
