  • Back Office Staff is an entry level position in a Back Office located in BGC, Taguig. Main responsibilities are to coordinate and maintain liaison relationship with Parent Company based in the U.S. in relation to patient referrals and other home health and hospice services. They are also tasked to provide customer-support in using electronic medical records and clinical documentation.

    Qualifications:

    Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or other Medical Related Course such as BS Biology, PT, MedTech, etc (License is not required but an advantage). Fresh graduates of Nursing and other Medical related courses are welcome to apply.

    Strong English communication, telephone and interpersonal skills.

    Proficient in MS office operations and the internet.

    Willing to work on a shifting schedule including weekends and holidays
