  • 1. Assisting the Banquet Manager to run the operation and to provide efficient, expedient and courteous service to the customers leading to total customer and company satisfaction.

    2. Supervises and coordinates activities to the banquet staff engaged in providing courteous and rapid service in the function room.

    3. Review set-up, food, beverage preparation and service before, during and after the function

    4. Trains Banquet service employees.

    5. Conduct briefing before the event in the absence of Banquet Manager.

    6. Ensures that the banquet is provided with enough utensils (cups, spoon and fork etc.) throughout the operations guided by the lead time in requisition

    7. Responsible for the daily accurate inventory of china, glass and silver items, after the event, for review by the Banquet Manager.

  • 2 years of experience

  • Availability for change of residence: No
