We're looking to hire passionate coffee enthusiasts for our new cafe opening in San Fernando, Pampanga around Q1 of 2023. If you're worried about not having prior experience in the coffee and service industry, that's fine! What's important to us is who you are, your willingness to learn, and your drive to provide excellent service.

OPEN POSITIONS:

- Full-time Barista (with the goal of becoming lead barista) with 9hr shifts

- Part-time Barista/Cafe Assistant with 5hr shifts

EXPECTATIONS:

- Provide exceptional hospitality to everyone including the team and our suppliers

- Prepare, make and serve delicious food and beverages

- Be knowledgeable of the cafe's offerings and continuously develop your own skillset

- Have a sense of community with the guests, team and the coffee industry

- Support the team not only with kitchen and service tasks, but also with cleaning and maintaining cafe operations

REQUIREMENTS:

- Of legal working age (18 years old and above)

- Pampanga resident

- Basic math and computer skills

- Willing to work on weekends and holidays

- Personality: passionate, reliable, consistent, detail-oriented
