    MINIMUM JOB DESCRIPTIONS:



    - Shifting Schedule

    - Customer Service Representative / Technical Support Representative (ONLINE ADVERTISING SPECIALIST)

    - Inbound Customer Service

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :

    1. Completed at-least 2 yrs. In college

    2. At least 1yr. Of SALES, APPOINTMENT SETTING, COLLECTIONS, or CUSTOMER RETENTION experience in a BPO and/or SHARED SERVICE ENVIRONMENT

    3. Strong Verbal and Written English Communications Skills

    4. A quite place/space to work at home with a STABLE INTERNET CONNECTION OF 10MBPS UPLOAD AND 6MBPS DOWNLOAD SPEED AND IT’S A MUST.

    5. Amenable to work in rotating shifts (morning, mid, & night shifts)

    6. Can WORK FROM HOME in BGC TAGUIG.
