Offer description

- Deliver excellent customer service and assist clients in making travel arrangement.

- Handle end to end Domestic and International booking process from simple to complicated itineraries.

- Be able to quote fares from point to point to multi city and handle multi city exchanges.

- Specialized support and assistance to High Level and Priority clients and complex "out of the box" problem solving- provide resolution based on existing portfolio and related travel policies.

- Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
