  • You’ll be in-charge of:
    • Answering incoming calls from our customers
    • Providing solutions to customer inquiries/requests
    • Guaranteeing customer requests are handled in an appropriate and timely manner
    • Utilizing various Concentrix and client-based tools and applications for customer management and servicing
    • Provide leading-edge service in a welcoming, assured and knowledgeable manner

    Basic Qualifications:
    • At least high school graduate
    • Experience of at least six months in the BPO industry are preferred; but applicants without work experience are welcome to apply
    • Excellent English Communication skills - verbal and written
    • Basic knowledge on computers
    • Good customer service, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
    • Willing to work in shifting schedule including graveyard shift and during holidays
    • Good team player
