  • MVP Asia Pacific Inc. is now looking for a Bilingual Customer Support. As a Bilingual Customer Support, you will be one of the company's frontline and shall manage communications in both directions. You must be digital savvy and a confident communicator for both English and Cantonese.

    Our client is a Hong Kong-based online grocery marketplace where you buy direct from local farms and importers, delivered to the customer's doorstep.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • A Bilingual Customer Service Analyst is responsible for handling external and internal correspondences via phone or email.

    • Handle inbound/outbound support issues via emails and phone calls.

    • Receive and answer client inquiries on behalf of the client’s nature of business

    • Performing administrative duties such as email management and documentation

    • Offer outstanding customer service in a client service environment

    • Interpret and analyze client inquiries to determine clients’ needs

    • Satisfy clients’ needs by adhering to laid down procedures, policies and practices

    • Provide ideas on methods of upgrading customer service to enhance productivity

    • Demonstrate wide knowledge of company’s objectives and principles of customer service

    • Will be tasked to handle multiple inquiries and provide correct answers or appropriate resolutions.

    • Communicate across teams to ensure client needs are met.

    • Find satisfactory solutions to customers’ complaints

    • Develop strong customer relationships and will be responsible to resolve queries of the clients through e-mail and phone calls

    Qualifications:

    • Must possess a Bachelor’s degree in any course.

    • Must be proficient in oral and written communication skills in both English and Chinese (Mandarin/Fukkien/Cantonese).

    • Preferably with work experience in customer service

    • Commendable display of skills in listening, expression, and interrelations

    • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to relate with others with open mind, understanding, and objectively; and to resolve conflicts and proffer solutions to day-to-day challenges of the work

    • Can handle inbound/outbound support issues via emails and phone calls.
